Click on the "New Ticket" icon or the "New Ticket" tile within the Dashboard.
Search for an existing customer by entering customer information (name, address, phone, etc.) in the search box.
Click "Go" or press Enter to search.
Once the search results load, choose an existing customer by clicking "Select".
Any associated vehicles for this customer will appear and can be selected at this point.
To add a new vehicle to the selected customer profile, click "Add Vehicle."
Please Note: Vehicle information can be added three different ways:
1. Plate Number
Enter a plate number (if applicable) and confirm the state. Click the "QuickVIN" button to have vehicle information automatically populate.
2. VIN Number
Fill in the complete VIN number, then click "Refresh Vehicle Details." Vehicle information will successfully populate if the VIN number is valid.
3. Enter the Year/Make/Model Manually
Select the year/make/model of the vehicle from the drop down lists (Package/Trim, Engine, and Transmission can also be selected at this time).
Please Note: If the vehicle Make/Model are not found within the drop down lists, custom vehicle information will need to be added to Omnique. This can be done in the Configuration tab.
Once all necessary vehicle information has been added, click "Save".
A new ticket will then be created with the appropriate Customer and Vehicle information noted.
