Creating a New Ticket with Existing Customer & Vehicle

Create tickets for customers/vehicles already in the Omnique system.

  • Click on the "New Ticket" icon or the "New Ticket" tile within the dashboard.

  • Search for an existing customer by entering customer information (name, address, phone, etc.) in the search box.

Please Note: Vehicle information for existing vehicles (license plate #, VIN, stock#, etc.) can be added to the search box instead of customer information.

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to search.

  • Select an existing customer by clicking "Select".

  • Select an existing vehicle

Please Note: To add a new vehicle to the selected customer profile, click "Add Vehicle."

A new Ticket will automatically appear with the appropriate customer and vehicle information noted.
