Creating a New Ticket with New Customer/Vehicle

Create estimates with a new customer and vehicle

  • Click on "New Ticket" in the top menu, or click on the "New Ticket" tile within the Dashboard.

  • Click on the "+" button to create a new customer.

  • Fill in all necessary customer information.

Please Note: Entering a zip code in the address section first will automatically pull up the city, state and country.

  • Upon completion, click "Continue" to save and add a new vehicle.

Vehicle information can be added three different ways:

1. Plate Number

  • Enter a plate number (if applicable) and confirm the state. Click the "QuickVIN" button to have vehicle information automatically populate.

2. VIN Number

  • Fill in the complete VIN number, then click "Refresh Vehicle Details". Vehicle information will successfully populate if the VIN number is valid.

3. Enter the Year/Make/Model Manually

  • Select the year/make/model of the vehicle from the drop down lists (Package/Trim, Engine, and Transmission can also be selected at this time).

Please Note: If the vehicle Make/Model are not found within the drop down lists, custom vehicle information will need to be added to Omnique. This can be done in the Configuration tab. Click here to learn how.

  • Once all necessary vehicle information has been added, click "Save". A new ticket will then be created.
