Invite to Pay via Text Message (SMS)
Within a ticket, click on the SMS icon.
Enter a message to send to the customer to alert them that they can pay.
(Example: Please pay your bill:)
Please Note: To avoid manually adding messages, set up a canned text message to display on the drop down list (canned messages are setup in Configuration).
Click "Invite to Pay."
Enter or confirm the amount you want the customer to pay.
Please Note: Any amount can be entered as long as the amount is less than or equal to the ticket balance. Amounts to request can be a partial (deposit) or full payment.
Click "Insert link".
Invite to Pay via Email
To send a link via email, click the "Email" icon.
Add a Subject and Message to send to the customer.
Click "Invite to Pay".
Enter or confirm the amount you want the customer to pay. (Any amount can be entered as long as the amount is less than or equal to the ticket balance. Amounts to request can be a partial (deposit) or full payment.)
Click "Insert link".
Click "Send" to send the message to the customer.
Once the customer clicks on the link in their computer or mobile device, they will see this screen:
