Export and Print Ticket Summaries

Export tickets to PDF or Excel

  • In the "Tickets" tab, select the appropriate tile.

  • Select the date range you'd like to view using the date selection menu.

Please Note: To see results for all time, clear the beginning date completely.

  • Select the appropriate types of tickets to view. Estimates, Repair Orders, and Invoices can be seen altogether within one search result.

  • Click the "Actions" drop down menu.

To view a PDF summary:

  • Select "Print Summary". This will generate a PDF file.

To view an Excel spreadsheet (.xls file):

  • Select "Export to Excel".
