Searching for Tickets

Locate existing Estimates, Repair Orders or completed Invoices.

  • Click on the "Tickets" tab, then click the on the desired tile.

The search field is capable of searching for tickets using a ticket number, customer information (name, address, phone number, etc) or vehicle information (VIN, plate #, stock #, etc)

  • Search within an existing date range or clear out the beginning date field entirely to search for all time results.

The "Advanced" drop down menu will allow you to expand search results to include Estimates, Repair Orders and/or Invoices.

  • Once all parameters are set, click "Go" to see Ticket results.

  • Click on the drop down list to sort search results differently (if desired).

  • Click on the Ticket's Actions Menu (...) to View or Delete the Ticket.

Please Note: Only Estimates will have an option to Delete

Selecting the "Condensed" button allows users to see more Ticket results listed on a page.
