Send emails to customers instantly through an Estimate, Repair Order or Invoice.

  • Within a ticket, click on the "Email" icon.

  • Add an email address or confirm the email address listed.

  • Add a Subject.

  • Add a Message to the Email Body.

Please Note: An attachment of the ticket itself will be automatically included in the email.

  • Add additional attachments as needed

  • When finished, click "Send".
