Within an Estimate or Repair Order, click on the "Vendors" tab.
Click on the items Action Menu (...).
Select "Edit OP".
Cost of the item must be noted.
Click on the "$" button next to the cost to calculate the retail price using the assigned pricing matrix. The assigned Pricing Level is noted in Ticket Info.
Click the Green Check Mark to save.
Please Note: Pricing Matrices and Pricing Levels can be set up in "Configuration" > "Pricing Levels & Matrices".
