If the employee (salesmen), has commission setup and is listed as the Service Advisor, it will pay based on the entire ticket, but if the employee is on the line item level in the Techs tab it will only pay on the line item level.
Click on "Configuration".
Click on the "Employees" tile.
Click on the employee's Actions Menu (...).
Select "Edit Employee".
Click on the "Edit Commissions" tab.
BULK EDIT:
βEditing the very top line (COMMISSION RATES) will automatically reflect the change under every category.
Add part commissions in the "Part %" column (as desired).
Add labor commissions in the "Labor %" column (as desired).
To apply a flat rate, click on the "Flat Rate" column.
Please Note: Adding Flat Rates to Technicians' Commissions will directly affect a shop's Cost of Labor.
