Add new or edit existing shop employees in Configuration.

Add Employees if they are:

  1. A Technician.

  2. A Service Advisor.

  3. Using the Timeclock.

  4. Making comments in Tickets or Appointments.

Note: Employees must know their Employee Number in order to clock In/Out or leave comments.


  • Click on "Configuration".

  • Click on the "Employees" tile.

  • To add a new employee, click on the + button.

  • To edit an existing employee, click on the Actions Menu (...) for the desired employee.

Adding New Employees:

Fill in all necessary information (First Name, Last Name and Address are required).

The "Employee Number" is given to the employee to use within the application (Clock In/Out, leave Comments, etc.) Employee Numbers can only be customized within the initial setup, Once a New Employee is saved, the Employee Number cannot be changed.

"Active" box must remain checked.

Employees must be assigned to a shop.

  • Select whether the employee is a "Service Advisor" or "Technician" or both (when applicable).

  • Click "Save" when finished.
