Configure Ticket Types

Add or edit Ticket Types in the system.

  • Click on "Configuration".

  • Click on the "Ticket Types" tile.

  • Click "Add Ticket Line Item Type" button to add a new Ticket Type.

  • Enter the new Ticket Type.

  • Click on the Green Check Mark to save.

  • To edit an existing Ticket Type, click on the Notepad button.
