Click on "Configuration".

Click on the "Warranty Reasons" tile.

To add a new Warranty Reason, click the "Add Warranty Reason" button.

Enter the new Warranty Reason.

Click on the Green Check Mark to save.

To edit an existing warranty reason, click on the Notepad icon.
