Completing a Daily Closeout.

Process daily closeouts, or end-of-day reconciliations.

  • Click on "Administration".

  • Click on the "Daily Closeout Deposit Records Paidouts" tile.

Click "Edit Pending Closeout".

  • If this message appears, click "Yes" to update the deposit to include the most up to date invoices.

A closing date and time will be displayed and can be adjusted if needed by clicking on the Calendar.

Please Note: The invoices that the closeout includes are noted. Adjusting the closing date and time will likely effect this range.

  • Enter actual closeout totals under the "Counted" column.

"Expected" closeout totals, or totals generated from the Omnique system, will be displayed.

Differences in the counted and expected amounts will be displayed in the "Variance" column.

  • To save information entered, but not complete the closeout, click "Save".

  • If everything is entered correctly and the daily closeout is complete, click "Save and Commit".

  • If the Daily closeout does not balance, a manager's approval will be needed to complete.

  • Select additional reports to run if desired.

  • If no additional reports are needed, click "Okay".

A printable copy of the daily closeout will generate.

Accessing Existing Closeouts:

Please Note: Existing closeouts will be listed as deposits within the Deposits tab.

  • Click on a deposit's Actions Menu (...).

  • Edit, Delete, Print, or Export deposits from their Actions Menu (...).
