Click on "Administration".
Click on the "Receivables" tile.
Enter an Account Number or Customer Name, then search.
Locate the appropriate Charge Account within the search results, then click "View".
Click on the "All Payments" section.
Click on the appropriate payment's Actions Menu (...).
Select "Payment Details" to see details of the payment.
Select "Reprint Receipt" to generate a printable copy of the receipt.
The receipt will appear as a printable copy.
