Click "Administration".
Click on the "Shop" tile.
Click on the "Configuration" section.
Turn on the toggle switch to "Include Shop Fees" within the KPI's. (Green is active.)
Turn on the toggle switch to "Include Service Advisor" within the KPI's. (Green is active.)
When finished, click "Save".
