Click on "Administration".
Click on the "Shop" tile.
Click on the "Settings" tab.
Enter the number of Estimate Creation Check Days, or days the system will look back and find any open tickets with the same customer/vehicle noted.
Please Note: There is a maximum of 365 days.
Click "Save" to finish.
