How to effectively use the Appointment Book.

  • Click on "Appointments".

Please Note: You can view appointments by Month, Week, Day or by Agenda (list view). Appointments can also be viewed by assigned Technician, Appointment Status, or Bay.

  • Click on the desired date and start time to create the appointment.

  • Click "Create".

Please Note: Everything within Appointment Details and Customer Info is optional. Appointments will simply save to the calendar without any such details noted. None of the fields below are required.

Customer Info:

  • Click "Add Customer & Vehicle" to add a customer and vehicle to the appointment.

  • Click "Create Ticket" to create a new ticket instantly from the appointment.

Appointment Details:

  • Click the Notepad icon to add "Appointment Details".

  • Add necessary appointment details (as desired).

  • Click the Green Checkmark to save.

  • Click the "Return to appointments" button when finished.
