  • Click on "Appointments".

  • Click on an existing appointment.

  • Click "Create New Ticket".

Please Note: If a Customer and Vehicle were added to the appointment prior to clicking "Create New Ticket", a new Estimate will generate automatically.

Otherwise, continue to the next steps.

Add an Existing Customer to a Ticket

  • Search for an existing customer by entering customer information (name, address, phone, etc.) in the search box.

Please Note: Existing Vehicle information (License plate #, VIN #, Stock #, etc.) could also be entered into the search box instead of customer information.

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to view search results.

  • Select an existing customer (or their associated vehicle) by clicking "Select".

  • Select an existing vehicle.

  • To add a new vehicle associated with the customer, click "Add Vehicle".

Add a New Customer to a Ticket

  • Click on the "+" button to add a new customer.

  • Enter desired customer information.

Please Note: Entering a zip code in the address section first will automatically populate the city, state and country.

  • Upon completion, click "Save" to continue and add a new vehicle.

Please Note: Vehicle information can be added three different ways: By license plate #, VIN #, or by entering the year/make/model manually.

License Plate #

  • Enter a license plate number (If applicable).

  • Confirm the State.

  • Click "QuickVIN". Vehicle information will successfully populate if the plate number is valid.

VIN #

  • If the license plate number is unknown or does not exist, enter the complete VIN number.

  • Click "Refresh Vehicle Details". (Vehicle information will successfully populate if the VIN number is valid.)

Year/Make/Model

  • Select the Year, Make and Model of the vehicle from the drop down lists.

Please Note: If the vehicle details are not found within the drop down lists, the vehicle make/model will need to be added to the Omnique system manually. Click here to learn how.

  • Add or confirm the vehicle's Package/Trim, Engine, and Transmission (as needed).

  • Once all necessary vehicle information has been added, click "Save".

  • A new Estimate will automatically generate.
