Make changes to an appointment.

  • Click on "Appointments".

  • Select the appointment that needs adjusted.

  • Click "Edit".

  • Click "Add Customer & Vehicle" to add new/edit existing customer or vehicle.

  • Click "Create Ticket" to instantly create a new ticket using the customer and vehicle notated.

  • Click the Notepad icon to edit the appointment details.

  • Edit appointment details as needed.

  • Click the Green Checkmark to save.

Please Note: Appointment date and time can also be adjusted by dragging and dropping the appointment within the appointment calendar.
