Send Emails Through an Appointment

Send emails to customers through the appointment book.

  • Click on "Appointments".

  • Click on the desired appointment.

  • Click "Edit".

  • Click on the "Email" icon.

Please Note: If an email address has already been set up within the customer's profile, that address will automatically populate. Enter a new email address or edit the existing email address if needed.

  • Add an email subject.

  • Add an email message.

  • When finished, click "Send".
