- Click on "Appointments". 
- Click on the desired appointment. 
- Click "Edit". 
- Click on the "Email" icon. 
Please Note: If an email address has already been set up within the customer's profile, that address will automatically populate. Enter a new email address or edit the existing email address if needed.
- Add an email subject. 
- Add an email message. 
- When finished, click "Send".
