Activating and Deactivating Customers

Activate/deactivate customer profiles.

  • Click on "Customers".

  • Search for existing customers by entering a name, address, or phone number.

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to view results.

  • Click on the desired Customer's Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "View Customer".

  • Click on the "Active" toggle switch to activate/deactivate. The switch will be green if active and gray if inactive.
