Activating and Deactivating Vehicles

Active/deactivate vehicle profiles.

  • Click on "Customers".

  • Search for existing customers or their associated vehicle by entering customer specific information (name, phone number, address) or vehicle specific information (Plate #, VIN #, Stock #).

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to view search results.

  • Click the desired customer's Vehicle Icon or the vehicle's Action Menu (...) to view the vehicle(s).

  • Select the desired vehicle's Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "View".

  • Click on the "Active" toggle switch to activate/deactivate. (Dial will be green for active and gray for inactive.)

The customer's vehicle list will also display the vehicle's Active/Inactive status.
