Click on "Customers".
Click on the "+" button to add a new customer.
Fill in all necessary customer information.
Quick Tip: Entering a zip code in the address section first will automatically pull up the city, state and country.
Upon completion, click "Save" to save customer info and move onto adding an associated vehicle.
Click on the "Vehicles" section.
Click "Add Vehicle".
Please Note: Vehicle information can be added three different ways:
1. Plate Number
Enter a plate number (if applicable) and confirm the state. Click the "QuickVIN" button to have vehicle information automatically populate.
2. VIN Number
Fill in the complete VIN number, then click "Refresh Vehicle Details." Vehicle information will successfully populate if the VIN number is valid.
3. Enter the Year/Make/Model Manually
Select the year/make/model of the vehicle from the drop down lists (Package/Trim, Engine, and Transmission can also be selected at this time).
If the vehicle Make/Model are not found within the drop down lists, custom vehicle information will need to be added to Omnique. This can be done in the Configuration tab. Click here to learn how.
Click "Save" to finish.
