Click on "Customers".
Search for existing customers or their associated vehicle by entering customer specific information (name, phone number, address) or vehicle specific information (Plate #, VIN #, Stock #).
Click "Go" or press Enter to view search results.
Click the desired customer's vehicle icon or the vehicle's Action Menu (...) to view vehicle(s).
Click on the vehicle's Actions Menu (...).
Select "New Ticket" to create a new ticket with the selected customer and vehicle.
A new ticket will automatically be created.
