Creating a New Ticket from a Customer Profile

Create a new ticket from the Customers section.

  • Click on "Customers".

  • Search for existing customers or their associated vehicle by entering customer specific information (name, phone number, address) or vehicle specific information (Plate #, VIN #, Stock #).

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to view search results.

  • Click the desired customer's vehicle icon or the vehicle's Action Menu (...) to view vehicle(s).

  • Click on the vehicle's Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "New Ticket" to create a new ticket with the selected customer and vehicle.

A new ticket will automatically be created.
