View or Edit Customer Profiles

Locate Customer profiles and make changes as needed.

  • Click "Customers".

  • Search for existing customers by name, address or phone number.

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to generate search results.

  • Click on the customer's Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "View Customer".

  • To view, add, or edit Customer information (name, address, email, tax exempt status, or pricing level), click on the "Customer" section.

  • To enter or edit a phone number (including opting in a mobile number to receive SMS messages) click on the "Phone Number(s)" section.

  • To add a notation or comment regarding the Customer, click on the "Notes" section.

  • To view, add, or edit a charge account, click on the "Charge Account(s)" section.

  • To activate/deactivate a customer, click on the "Active" dial.

  • To view, add, edit customer vehicles, click on the "Vehicles" tab.

  • To add customer attachments (Documents, images, etc.), click on the "Attachments" tab.

  • To set up parts or labor discounts or to customize a customer labor rate, click on the "Discounts" tab.
