Click on "Customers".
Search for existing customers or their associated vehicle by entering customer specific information (name, phone number, address) or vehicle specific information (Plate #, VIN #, Stock #).
Click "Go" or press Enter to view search results.
Click the desired customer's Vehicle Icon or the vehicle's Action Menu (...) to view vehicle(s).
Click on the vehicle's Actions Menu (...).
Select "Vehicle History".
"OMNIQUE SERVICE HISTORY" related to the vehicle (invoice records only) will be displayed.
Click "CARFAX SERVICE HISTORY" or "CARFAX SERVICE SUMMARY" to see additional CARFAX history for the vehicle.
