Click on "Customers".
Enter a customers name, phone number or address in the Search Field.
Click "Go" or press Enter to view search results.
Click on the customer's Actions Menu (...).
Select "Merge Customer".
Search for the existing customer you wish to merge (search by name, address, or phone number), then click on the Magnifying Glass icon to search.
Select the appropriate customer to merge by clicking "Select".
Select which profile should be kept. The other profile's data/vehicles will transfer to the selected (kept) account.
Click "Continue" to complete the merge.
