Opting in Customer Phone Numbers

Enable SMS for specific customers so text messages can be sent.

  • Click on "Customers".

  • Search for existing customers by name, address or phone number.

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to view search results.

  • Click on the target customer's Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "View Customer".

  • Click "Phone Number(s)".

  • Click on the Notepad icon to edit an existing phone number.

  • To create a new phone number, click on "Add Phone".

Please Note: Phone numbers must be assigned as a "Mobile" number in order to opt into SMS messaging.

  • Click "Yes" to opt in a mobile phone number.

  • Click "Save" when finished.
