Administration>User Role and Management>Roles>Add Role
Enter username "API User".
Make sure button is switched to Active.
Under Export, check Create or Edit Webhooks and View Webhooks.
Under User, check Allow Any Machine Access and also check Allow Any Shop Access.
Check the API box and make sure all 3 API boxes are checked.
Click Users.
Click Add User.
For AutoFlow/AutoTextMe, Create User Name "APIuserATM"
For AMS, Create User Name "API-AMS"
For DCS, Create User Name "API-DCS"
For Dealer Socket CRM, User Name "API-DSCRM"
For Domain, enter Omnique Company #
Enter Password "0mniAPI!" the 0 is a number, not a letter.
Confirm Password.
Make sure Active is switched on.
Check the API User box under Role Assignment.
Click Save.
Administration>Webhooks
Wait for Autotext.me to send the Webhook URL and enter into the URL box.
Make sure Active is switched on.
Choose Ticket Change in the drop down.
Click Add Webhook.
Click on the Green Check to save.
