Click on "Administration".
Click on the "Shop" tile.
Select the "Settings" tab.
Check the box for "Default Service Advisor".
Click "Save" to continue.
Click on "Administration".
Click the "User and Role Management" tile.
Click the Actions Menu (...) for the desired User.
Select "View User".
Click the "Default Service Advisor" drop down menu.
Select the desired Service Advisor.
Click "Save" to finish.
The Service Advisor will now auto populate here.
