Send SMS Through a Ticket

How to send a text to a customer in a Ticket.

  • Within a ticket, click on the "SMS" icon.

  • Enter a message to send to the customer.

For Example: Your car is ready.

To avoid manually adding messages, setup a canned text message to display on the drop down list (canned messages are setup in Configuration).

  • Click "Send" to send the message.

  • Click the Phone Icon in the top right to view sent and received SMS.
