- Click "Appointments". 
- Click on the desired Appointment/Customer. 
- Click "Edit". 
- Click the "SMS" Icon. 
- Enter a message to send to the customer. 
For Example: Your car is ready.
To avoid manually adding messages, set up a canned text message to display on the drop down list (canned messages are setup in Configuration).
- Click "Send" to send the message. 
- Click the Phone Icon in the top right to view sent and received SMS.
