SMS Through an Appointment

How to send a text in the appointment book.

  • Click "Appointments".

  • Click on the desired Appointment/Customer.

  • Click "Edit".

  • Click the "SMS" Icon.

  • Enter a message to send to the customer.

For Example: Your car is ready.

To avoid manually adding messages, set up a canned text message to display on the drop down list (canned messages are setup in Configuration).

  • Click "Send" to send the message.

  • Click the Phone Icon in the top right to view sent and received SMS.
