Click on "Marketing".
Click on the "Templates" tab.
Click the "Add Template" button.
Enter a desired Template name.
Select the Format: .pdf, Email, .csv (Excel Spreadsheet), or SMS.

Enter the desired message to send to Customers in the "Content" field.
Insert "Variables" as needed. These will auto fill to the Customer specific information.
For example: A message sent to all users "Hey {CustomerFirstName}, your {VehicleMake} {VehicleModel} is due for an oil change" will appear to Bill with a Nissan Murano as "Hey Bill, your Nissan Murano is due for an oil change".
Click "Save" to continue.
Csv
Select Columns to export. These are the columns of data that will be shown in the Excel Spreadsheet.
Click "Save" to continue.
