- Click on "Marketing". 
- Click on the "Templates" tab. 
- Click the "Add Template" button. 
- Enter a desired Template name. 
- Select the Format: .pdf, Email, .csv (Excel Spreadsheet), or SMS. 
Pdf, Email, SMS
- Enter the desired message to send to Customers in the "Content" field. 
- Insert "Variables" as needed. These will auto fill to the Customer specific information. 
For example: A message sent to all users "Hey {CustomerFirstName}, your {VehicleMake} {VehicleModel} is due for an oil change" will appear to Bill with a Nissan Murano as "Hey Bill, your Nissan Murano is due for an oil change".
Click "Save" to continue.
Csv
- Select Columns to export. These are the columns of data that will be shown in the Excel Spreadsheet. 
- Click "Save" to continue.
