Please Note: A Template must be created before running a marketing campaign.

Create a Marketing Campaign
Click on "Marketing".
Click "Add Campaign".
Enter a "Name" and "Description".
Click the drop down menu for "Template" and select a Template.
Click the check box for "Campaign is Active".
Select a form of date range search using "Serviced in the Last" or "Serviced Between" formats.
Select any other filters as needed.
Click "Save" to continue.
Run a Marketing Campaign
Click the Actions Menu (...) for the desired Campaign.
Click "Run Campaign".
A pop up window will ask which recipients should be included.
Select the desired option and click "Yes" to continue.
Please Note: Campaigns with SMA and Email Templates will have a pop up window for confirmation. This will send the message to the selected Customers.
Campaigns with Pdf will produce a Pdf.
Campaigns with .csv will produce a spreadsheet.
