Deactivate Users

Disable old employee user accounts

  • Click "Administration".

  • Click the "User and Role Management" tile.

  • Click the Actions Menu (...) for the desired User.

  • Select "Deactivate User".

Tip: Make sure the "Hide inactive users" box is checked to remove the names from the user list view.

Please Note: User accounts that are listed on a ticket or anywhere else on the app cannot be deleted.
