Click "Parts/Labor".
Click on the "Parts/Labor Catalog" tile.
Enter the desired part into the search field.
Click the Actions Menu (...) for the desired part.
Select "Adjust Counts".
Enter the amount to adjust in a positive or negative amount.
Additionally, you can update the unit cost for the part while adjusting the count.
Click "OK" to save and commit.
Troubleshooting: Why Does the Cost Show Unexpected Values?
Often, a part’s cost resets to the initial value when the on-hand count reaches or goes below zero.
To prevent this, maintain accurate on-hand counts through Inventory Orders and routinely verify the costs against vendor data. Adjust counts as needed following the steps above.
