iDMS Status Tool

Push tickets manually that did not make it to iDMS

Please Note: Owner level permissions will have access to the iDMS Status Tool for pushing tickets manually to Dealer Socket.

  • Before using the iDMS Status Tool, first verify that the Customer and Vehicle profile are linked to iDMS by looking for this icon on the ticket.

  • Then, you will need to get the Est/RO number for the ticket. (The Invoice number will not work.)

You can find the Est/RO number here.

  • After you have this number, click "Administration".

  • Then click "iDMS Status".

  • Enter the Est/RO Number in the Ticket Number field.

  • Click all 3 "Run" buttons.

  • If the integration is working and the customer is linked, "Success" should appear to the right of every "Run" button.

  • Refresh iDMS and check to see if the ticket made it over. If the ticket does not show in the Expenses tab, it may be found in the Service tab in iDMS.

Please Note: If the ticket is still not found, feel free to reach out to support to troubleshoot further.
