Our new Kanban view makes it easier than ever to see current RO information and help manage your shop’s workflow.
To access the Kanban view, first click “Tickets” and go to “Repair Orders.”
Sort by the date range you would like to see open RO entries and then select the Kanban view to see the new view.
Sorting filters are available in the Kanban view such as sorting by Advisor, Technician Assigned, Location, and RO Statuses.
The columns you see can be added/removed via the Columns selection.
These columns can be added/removed via Configuration>RO Statuses.
The order of the columns in Kanban view will be determined by the Step Number given to the RO Status in Configuration>RO Statuses.
