Omnique now integrates with your Mitchell ProDemand Account!

In an exciting new update to Omnique, we included the ability to link your Mitchell ProDemand account. The availability of products will depend on your subscription to ProDemand. Here is how you setup and use this feature:

  • Go to Administration > Shop > Configuration

  • Scroll down to the Prodemand option.

  • Choose "Active" and enter your username and password for ProDemand.

  • Make sure to hit the "Save" button.

This will allow you to access the Prodemand feature under Quickparts on any ticket.

This will open up a pop-up window, allowing you to access the Prodemand integration.

First, do a search for what labor you are looking for. In this example. I will use brakes. You can either search for the word "brake" or choose from the sidebar.

This will open a list of available jobs. For the example, I will choose Brake System (Complete) Remove and Replace. This will open a list of parts available, and available labor time estimates. We will add "Brake System (Complete) at 2.6 hours to our ticket by clicking the "Add" button. Click "Transfer" down at the bottom.

The next screen that opens will allow you to choose the proper category/class for the labor before it is added to the ticket. You can hit "Save and Close" after you select the Category and class.

The line is then added to your ticket!
