Omnique now has the ability to transfer vehicles from 1 customer to another. The transfer will be especially useful for our DMS integrated customers. Did you have an unwound deal, repo, etc where the vehicle did not sync back to the dealership?

Start by going to the Customers and search for the VIN or stock number and then choose "Transfer Vehicle."

Search for the Customer or Dealer name you would like to transfer the vehicle to and then hit "Select."

Confirm you are transferring the vehicle to the correct Customer or Dealer and the hit the "Confirm" button.

After you hit Confirm, the vehicle will be transferred. Keep in mind it may take our search index a couple of minutes to update.
