How to do a hard refresh of your Chrome browser

Sometimes when we update the back end of Omnique during business hours, you will need to perform a hard reload of your browser. This is slightly different from clearing cache/cookies. Please follow the steps below to learn how.

1. Hit F12 to open up the developer console.
2. Refresh the Omnique page with the circle arrow reload button.
3. Right click on the circle arrow reload button.
4. Choose Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
5. Once the page refreshes you can hit F12 again to close the box.
