Ticket Types:
Ticket Type - Auto Assign Labor Level/Matrix and/or Pricing Level/Matrix and Tax Exempt Status under Configuration>Ticket Types
Allow Ticket Types to be assigned to customers/Allow ticket types to be setup as tax exempt
User Experience:
Added total hours paid for each tech to Kanban/Status Filter pages
Added AMS Customer Number into the AMS Loan Page (AMS icon button)
Ability to change status on the status filter view by clicking on the status

Other Features/Fixes:
Added the ability to require Outside Purchase fields besides invoice number and quantity received. You can now require all of the fields under Administration>Shop>Configuration under the Outside Purchase section.
Added an error message when Sublet cost was not added. If no cost is added, you will not be able to invoice the ticket.
Fixed an issue where an Outside Purchase added to inventory then Return to Vendor from Catalog did not have a supplier or core attached
GetTicket and GetTicketList API - Pass line item tax at 3 decimal in AMS API.
Fixed an issue where the ticket level timeclock was not allowing manager and owner level users edit time for their employees.
Fixed an issue where the DVI inspection manager was not allowing new templates to be created.
Fixed an issue when adding a new part, it would copy the old part cost from a previously added part.
