What’s New!

SMS Signature capture request is available under Configuration>RO Statuses. This is for authorization statement approval.
Under the SMS icon on the tickets, you can now send a link to request signature approval of the jobs on an estimate/RO.

Added the ability to change tech appointment book colors under Configuration>Employees.
We now hide inactive users and employees by default on their respective pages.
New emails will show a new message icon like our SMS feature.

Fixed an issue with the Invoices By Payment Type report that was showing full cash taken instead of the payment amount.
Fixed an issue with the Receivables export that was not showing the correct date range selected.
Fixed an issue where the Gross Profit % column on the Technician Sales & Cost Detail report was not displaying correctly.

Added a print option to hide declined services in the ticket menu called "Print W/O Declines."
Added the ability to select profit margin for parts that will automatically set markup % under Configuration>Pricing Levels and Matrices.

Fixed an issue where if a ticket was deleted, the deleted ticket could be invoiced and it would not appear in the search.
Fixed an issue where if a part was added ad-hoc through the part # search field, it would retain the part # in the search box.
Fixed a formatting issue on the Tech Worksheet that happened when an appointment and estimated completion date were selected on the ticket.
Fixed an issue in the new version of Firefox that did not allow users to select to include ROs, Estimates, and Invoices on the ticket search pages.
Fixed an issue where the Other field on printouts was showing the total amount instead of unit price when there were multiple quantities.
Fixed an issue with the 360 payments terminal that allowed refunds without a default terminal selected.

Added navigation points to create a new DVI from the ticket, ticket menu, and appointments.
Changed text on the customer facing approval page from "Bad" to "Needs Attention."
Fixed an issue where the "finding" box would not send on the customer facing approval.
