What’s New!
User Experience:
· New search option at the top of the screen to quickly search for Customers, Vehicles and open RO’s.
· Added a new Completed Date field that can be added from the action menu on the RO.
· With the new Completed Date field, from the Printing and Reporting tab on the shop or company profile, shops can now pick what dates they want on the pdf printouts; Create Date, Appointment Date, Completed Date, Promised Date, and Invoice Date.
Reports:
· Fixed the Inventory Movement report and put the data in the correct date order.
· Fixed an issue with cost when adding parts from the Core and Part return to inventory.
· Fixed an issue with Coupons not displaying when start or end date is entered on the coupon.
New Features:
· Added the ability to return a partial OP order from an open RO. By selecting Return to Vendor, if the quantity is greater than 1, the user will be prompted to select the quantity.
Bug Fixes:
· Fixed an issue with a prompt asking to set the default credit card terminal when refunding an Invoice.
· Default RO Status will now default on a new repair order and not just the estimate.
Coming Soon:
· Ability to print oil change stickers, coming soon!
