Omnique Nexpart Integration

Omnique offers a free parts ordering integration through Nexpart. Today I will show you how the integration works to create a quote and then order the parts when you are ready.

To get the integration setup, you must sign up for a free Nexpart account, add suppliers, and then provide the username and password to one of our support representatives so it can be configured in your account. Please contact our support team for more information.

Adding Parts and Labor from Nexpart to Create a Quote

Once you have the account configured in Omnique, you will be able to access Nexpart from within a ticket. Under Quickparts, choose Nexpart.

This will open the Nexpart application. You will see the vehicle information from Omnique populated in the search box.

I will search for an air filter to add to my ticket.

You will see when the results pull up, that it will list parts from the suppliers you have configured in your account. On the left-hand side menu, you can filter the suppliers. There is also a filter in the middle of the page to sort by lowest price.

Before adding the part to your cart, verify that the part is available at your primary store by checking the number under Buy From: Primary is green. Click on the blue button to add the part to your cart.

Labor times are available in Nexpart, but the supplier determines whether the service will be available. If you have labor through one of your suppliers, you can add labor using the Labor button.

Once you have your part and labor added and you are ready to send it to Omnique. Click on the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner.

If the shopping cart looks correct, click the Send Cart to Omnique button.

This will close Nexpart and add the items to your Omnique ticket.

Ordering Parts from Nexpart

Once you have the parts added to your ticket and you are ready to order, you will choose Nexpart Ordering from the Quickparts Ordering menu.

This will open the saved Nexpart cart and allow you to place the order. Choose the green Place Order button.

You will be taken to an order confirmation page in Nexpart. You will also get an email confirmation from the supplier that has shipping information.

This concludes the overview of the Nexpart integration. If you have any questions or need help getting your Nexpart account setup, please contact our support team.
