Adding Notes to Customer Profiles

This article shows how to add notes to customer profiles that will pop up when making a new ticket.

  • Click "Customers".

  • Search for existing customers by name, address or phone number.

  • Click "Go" or press Enter to generate search results.

  • Click on the customer's Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "View Customer"

  • To add a notation or comment regarding the Customer, click on the "Notes" section.

  • Once you are in the "Notes" section you can enter any information that you would like to pop-up when making a ticket for the customer.

  • When you go to make a ticket for that customer the note will say "Show Comment".

  • By clicking on "Show Comment" it will show the note you created. Then you can select Okay to continue to the ticket.
