Configure Ticket Types (New)

Add or edit Ticket Types in the system.

Create ways to categorize your tickets and be able to associate your ticket types with payment types, Pricing Levels, and/or Labor Levels.

  • Navigate to the “Configuration” page and click on the “Ticket Types” Tile.

  • From here you can click on the “Add Ticket Line Item Type” button to add a new Ticket Type.

  • If you’d like to edit an existing Ticket Type, click on the Notepad Icon.

  • When editing your Ticket Type you can change its name and set a default payment type, Pricing Level, or Labor Level.

  • Linking a Pricing Level and Labor Level will automatically set these levels when your Ticket Type is selected within the Ticket Info section.
