Create ways to categorize your tickets and be able to associate your ticket types with payment types, Pricing Levels, and/or Labor Levels.
Navigate to the “Configuration” page and click on the “Ticket Types” Tile.
From here you can click on the “Add Ticket Line Item Type” button to add a new Ticket Type.
If you’d like to edit an existing Ticket Type, click on the Notepad Icon.
When editing your Ticket Type you can change its name and set a default payment type, Pricing Level, or Labor Level.
Linking a Pricing Level and Labor Level will automatically set these levels when your Ticket Type is selected within the Ticket Info section.
