This article gives an overview of our Insights reporting feature

Insights Dashboard

The Insights dashboard is a powerful reporting tool that is completely customizable by our development team. All reports in this program were created from customer feedback. If you do not see a report that will work for you, you can email our support team at support@omnique.com with the information you are looking for, and we can open a feature request for you.

Using Insights is very easy! This article highlights a few features and popular reports.

The available reports are on the left-hand side menu. Keep in mind, as the list of reports grows, there may be a scroll bar on the list.

The Date Range filter is at the top of each report. Individual reports may have additional filters added to the top as well.

If you have multiple shop locations, there is a Shop Number filter at the top of every report.

This screenshot is of the popular Sales Summary Report – which shows you a high-level overview of the performance of your shop for the selected date range.

Any report can be exported by hovering over the data and choosing the export icon shown in the screenshot. You have the option to export to Excel, Image, or PDF.

This screenshot is of the All Purchases and Credits report, which helps you manage outside purchase items, return credits, inventory orders, and accounts payable orders in 1 report.

Another popular report available is the Line Item Detail. You will notice this report is 3 reports on 1 page. It shows you details for each line item on Invoices, Open ROs, and Declined items.

The next report that is popular with other Omnique users is the Outside Purchase report. This report allows you to manage all of the outside purchases on all of your tickets.

The last report that we will highlight in this article is the Technician Hours report. Technician Hours lets you see the hours paid totals for all your technicians for the date range you specify. There is also a proficiency and efficiency report if you use our Timeclock. You can even sort by the individual technician. The visual graphs at the bottom will help you tell who your high performers are on your team.
