Configure custom percentage markups for parts, and add Pricing Levels associated with existing Pricing Matrices

Please Note: To use a Pricing Matrix within Omnique, they need to first be associated with a Pricing Level.

Setting Up Pricing Matrices

  • Navigate to the "Configuration" page and click on the "Pricing Levels & Matrices" tile.

  • To add a new Pricing Matrix, click the "Add Pricing Matrix" button.

  • To edit the % markup values for an existing matrix, click on the Actions Menu (...), then select "Edit Pricing Matrix".

  • Edit the "End Values" per tier as needed.

  • Edit the "Markup %" or "Profit Margin %" tier as needed.

    • Note: When you edit 1 column it will automatically update the other column.

  • To remove tiers, click the tier's Trash icon.

  • To add additional tiers, click the "Add Tier" button at the bottom of the page.

  • Click the "Save" button when finished.

Change the Name or Status of a Pricing Matrix

  • Click on an existing Matrix's Actions Menu (...).

  • Select "Edit".

  • Edit the Matrix "Name" as needed.

  • Set the Pricing Matrix to "Active" to use it within the application.

  • Set the Pricing Matrix to "Default" as needed.

  • Click the Green Check Mark to save.

Setting Up Pricing Levels

  • From within the Pricing Levels & Matrices page, click on "Pricing Levels".

Add New Pricing Level

  • Click "Add Pricing Level".

  • Enter a name for the new Pricing Level.

  • Select the appropriate "Default Matrix" to associate with the Pricing Level.

  • Turn to "Active" for your pricing level to appear in dropdown menus.

  • Set to "Default" as needed.

  • Click the Green Check Mark to save.

Edit Existing Pricing Level

  • Click on the Pricing Level's Action Menu (...).

  • Select "Edit".

  • Make changes to the Pricing Level name or associated Matrix as needed.

  • Click the Green Check Mark to save.
