Major Updates:
Appointment Book Recurring Appointments:
· Several customers requested the ability to schedule recurring appointments on the appointment book. This feature is available as of this morning!
Prompt when ticket type is changed on line items:
· We added a prompt that will now ask if you want to change the sell price on items when you change the ticket type on the line item(s.)
Oil Change Stickers Available:
· We are looking for customers interested in trying our oil change sticker feature. It is included in your monthly Omnique subscription. Please contact our support team to find out more information.
Repair Order:
•Customer signature capture is added to Alerts Bell
•Remaining balance is now added to PDF and Excel Est/RO exports
•Rearranged Ticket Type / Payment method and Summary boxes for better readability
•Update phone on tickets when adding a new customer
•Deleting phone number from Customer will now remove from current est/RO
•Fixed issue where users can't save refreshed vehicle details
•Searching inventory will now return results from part number alias
Inventory:
•Core value added to received parts from Inventory Order
•Value will now be tracked with each part in inventory
•Value will also be added to the RO
Printing/Reports:
· Overridden payment types will now show correct value on reports.
· Added a report under Insights to show unreceived outside purchases.
•Added stock number (Other ID) to service tag print outs.
DVI Enhancements/Fixes:
· Additional Navigation Points – allows users to switch between DVI and RO faster
· Notification in Alerts Bell when DVI is completed by technician
· New option to print DVI when printing Est/RO/Inv
· Customer approval of DVI now sent to Alerts Bell
Bug Fixes:
· Fixed an issue where the warranty return toggle was not sending parts to the Part/Core return page.
Coming Soon:
· Ability to send approvals through the DVI
· "Prepare" page for the DVI which will allow users to build labor, parts, and packages right from the DVI screen.
· More enhancements for the new alerts bell icon including SMS deposits received.
